Excited to start a new design project located in a prestigious gated community in Shady Canyon within Irvine, California.
Foundation is currently being poured on an approximately 10,000 Sq. Ft. residential home. We just finished kitchen and bath design concept. Tiles and bathroom fittings were mostly sourced from Waterworks, Walker Zanger and Ann Sacks in Los Angeles.

Approval process went pleasantly smooth, thanks for the wonderful client. It truly is a bonus working with client that has an impeccable taste.
Fast Food Cafe Restaurant

I’ve gathered some inspiration for a fast food cafe restaurant located in Arcadia, California. The owner is mid-20 young entrepreneur. The design concept needs to reflect the menu: vibrant, fresh and crisp. I’ll follow up with more details later.

Quick Note:
Good find for kitchen enthusiasts! Design Within Reach introduced customized kitchen cabinets. It’s designed by architectural designer Nilus de Matran based in San Francisco. I was most impressed by “configurable and portable – you can take it with you when you move”. For a budget kitchen; a small scale studio apartment starting at around $15,000.
